Provided assistance to the BCL Project Manager for supplying or editing technical specifications for the provision of goods and services. Assistance was also provided in assembling invitations to tender and submitting these to EC headquarters in Brussels on behalf of BCL, adjudicating bids and organising the letting of contracts, monitoring manufacture and erection.
